Memorial will host a church yard sale as a fundraiser for the Camps & Conferences fund. The fund helps children & youth attend summer camp at Dwight Mission, Youth Quake, Triennium, and other special events throughout the year. This “yard sale” will take place in the air-conditioned comfort of our Fellowship Hall! This is the third or fourth year we have had a yard sale fundraiser, and previous ones have been quite successful.
Do you have extraneous stuff taking up space in your closets or garage? Well, let us take it off your hands! We will be accepting donations for the yard sale on Sunday, August 9 after church as well as Wednesday through Friday, August 12-14, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in Fellowship Hall. Please have your donated items pre-marked. Also watch for the “volunteer” sign-up sheet for this event. If you have any questions about the church yard sale, contact any F&H member or Lisa Upton.
